Arizona market expert David Queen is reporting that Inventory is starting to shrink.
Overpriced homes are being withdrawn or canceled and Foreclosures are starting to sell at great prices.
The Asset Managers of the REO company's are pricing their properties to sell.
In David's opinion this area will continue to see a downward trend on the homes that fall below the median half of the market while the upper half continues to stabilize. This could go until spring of 2010.
In 2010 many things will be in place for the Mohave County area.
The new bridge over the Hoover Dam is scheduled to finish, the New Hospital in Kingman Arizona will be open, Some of the distribution centers that came to the area will be in place, and New Developers may be approved to start their developments in the area.
Many homes have fallen below the median price and are now more affordable.
Many buyers are able to get approved for much more house then they would have a couple of years ago.
Interest rates are still at a low making your monthly payments affordable.
With the position that Mohave County is in Now is a great time to buy Real Estate in Kingman, Golden Valley, Bullhead City, or Lake Havasu Arizona. Kingman is the hub for Mohave County and is located where Interstate 40 and Highway 93 connect and it is the Heart of Route 66.
This is just one of the many things that gives Kingman the great potential that it has.

Here is the 2008 version of Where in Iowa is Jeff? From February to November, I logged 9,850 miles and collected 300 dancing clips. Between the 2007 and 2008 videos, I visited all 99 Iowa counties and drove somewhere between 15,000 and 18,000 miles.
Since last year focused on the top-tier Iowa spots, this years video visits more obscure Iowa places and enabled me to interact more with Iowans along the way. If you think you've seen all of Iowa, you are wrong. Keep looking; you'll be amazed at what you find.
